Telavi Wine Cellar was founded in 1915, near Telavi, the central town of Kakheti, major winemaking region of Georgia, with first vineyards in Kondoli village, planted the same year.

Since its foundation, company story has been marked with the periods of flourish and stagnation. -- Since 1997, the winery has been re-equipped with modern technologies of grape processing, wine handling and storage from the best European companies working in this field.

- 450 hectares of land in different Appellations of Kakheti were rented and, later, purchased by the company to plant vineyards and achieve full control over the grape quality.

- Our own vine nursery guarantees production of 200 000 quality vine engrafted seedlings for the vineyards
